4.1. Memory Customization
Users can create personalized pages by adding titles, images, messages, emojis, dynamic counters, and music.
4.2. Memory Sharing
After creation and payment confirmation, the user will receive a link and a QR code to share their memory.
4.3. Payment Methods
Memoryiit accepts payments via credit card and PIX. Transactions are processed immediately, and the link/QR code is sent to the registered email.
5. Plans and Validity
The plans vary according to the selected features:
- Basic Plan: Includes 3 photos and is valid for one year.
- Full Plan: Includes 7 photos and has lifetime validity.
6. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds after payment confirmation and delivery of the link/QR code, except in cases of a proven system error. As this is a personalized product, production is based on the information provided by the customer, making cancellations or refunds after order completion impossible.
7. User Responsibility
The user is responsible for keeping the received information (link and QR code) secure and ensuring that submitted messages and images do not infringe on third-party rights.
8. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All rights to the platform, including texts, images, and logos, belong to Memoryiit. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content without prior authorization is prohibited.
